The Central Board of Direct Taxes has clarified that all the pending application for lower or nil rate of TDS/TCS for FY 2019-20 shall be disposed of via e-mail. The applicant shall intimate the Assessing Officer vide an e-mail regarding pendency of such application along with required documents
